We recently visited Homestead Lakes Country Park in Clacton to help them design a new addition to their already existing holiday home site.
The site is beautifully quiet and sits on a fish-filled lake, offering investors an idyllic spot to holiday in the countryside.
The challenge was that the space was pretty narrow and there was a slope at the back and established tree lines to the side.
We managed to design a sympathetic site with 18 new holiday homes, including a 2-way road and lodge car parking.
The lodges will complement the existing park and allow many more buyers to invest in this beautiful little spot in Constable Country
We can't wait to see the site developed and pop back for a visit!
