We're so happy to have received yet another positive decision notice for this lovely little single storey house extension in Rugby!
The brief was to remove the tired conservatory and open up the entire rear of the house to add a relaxed lounge with bi-fold doors into the garden, a utility room and an office.
To the front, we changed the location of the front door, removed the tiny WC and turned it into a lovely entrance way with storage and a bench seat!
We think the ground floor of this house is now a perfect home!
