You may remember, last year we submitted an application for a complete revamp and facelift of the Yorkshire Gateway Hotel!
We are now so happy to announce that this planning application has been APPROVED!
The hotel looked tired and needed bringing up to date and Lloyd Harden Design were tasked with the job.
The plan was to re-clad the entire hotel to give it a new lease of life and bringing it into the 21st century!
As you can see from the CGI on the right, cladding the outside of the hotel will immediately modernise the hotel and the new mirrored windows give it a totally new, contemporary vibe.
The hotel grounds will be landscaped and made to feel welcoming for guests. The front of the hotel has also been cladded and a new sign added, which really gives the hotel a wow factor.
We feel that, with this facelift, this hotel is going to look absolutely fabulous and we can't wait to see it when it's completed!
