We are so happy to announce that we have finally received Planning Permission for Homestead Lakes - a beautiful holiday home park in Essex.
Laura and Lloyd visited the park earlier this year and Lloyd designed the new addition to the park which was to house another 18 lodges.
The site was tricky to work with as it has a lot of large trees and a slope to the back of the area. However, Lloyd has designed a sympathetic design and the new addition flows nicely and looks like a fabulous addition to the lodges that already exist on site.
We also did the CGI below where Lloyd has super-imposed the proposed lodges onto a drone image of the site.
Can you tell which ones are CGI and which ones already exist?
CGIs are so useful for planning and for selling off-plan. Being able to show how the site will look in priceless and really helps the officer to make a decision without having to correctly/incorrectly guess how the site is going to look.
Selling off-plan is now much easier with the use of CGIs. Sell the dream to your potential customers before the site has even begun construction.
