You may remember a little while ago, we posted about this AMAZING house extension being submitted to planning. We are over the moon to have now received planning permission for this build!
The house is going to be extended to the rear in order to create a huge open-plan kitchen diner. This area of the house will then be joined to the existing out house in order to add on a massive master suite! Both of these areas will have access to, and views of, the rear courtyard. Bliss.
On top of this, the entire layout of the house has been changed and it nows flows beautifully.
