We are so happy for our clients in Wellingborough who have now received planning permission for a second storey extension.
The brief on this project was to add another bedroom upstairs so we added a second storey above the lounge at the rear of the property.
The clients also wanted to open up their front porch which meant moving the downstairs WC. We moved the second toilet upstairs into a brand new master ensuite.
The next step after achieving planning permission, is to start thinking about the build. We offer Building Regulations drawings as well as Working Drawing packages. However, your builder may feel confident enough to build on a Build Notice. It depends on the builder but we can give you some advice on this as well.
For this particular project, we are now working on a full set of working drawings for a builder to build and cost from.
Not every project is a mammoth one. As we always say, it usually only takes a couple of creative ideas to create the home you wish you had.
