After months of waiting for this one to go through, it’s official. We have planning permission!
The whole planning process has been tricky with this one. With the neighbouring property being within close proximity, the design needed to cover all angles, making sure all parties were happy with the final result. The team worked super hard to push this one over the line for our clients and we are really pleased to get the go ahead!
The project will transform the property by adding a single storey side extension.
We did a slight internal reconfiguration, within the main area of the house. Relocating the utility room into the former dining room, allowing a larger WC, and the existing kitchen and office have been turned into an open plan kitchen/dining area. Ideal for hosting!
The new extension will accommodate space for a separate skylit office, and spare bedroom. All the extra space will making this the perfect forever home for this family.
