Design and Architectural Drawing Pack
Now that we have precise and comprehensive existing floor plans and elevations, we can begin developing your design and architectural drawing pack. This pack will include the following components:
Existing floor plans and elevations
Proposed floor plans and elevations
Site location plan
Block plan
As your agent, we will submit your application and manage all communication. Typically, it takes us about four to six weeks to complete this package.
Planning Application
Acting as your agent we will handle all communication from your local authority and attend any meetings on your behalf. As soon as we receive a decision, we will then contact you.
