At Lloyd Harden Design, our mission is to create spaces that feel as good as they look — interiors that are as thoughtful as they are beautiful. And our recent project with long-standing partners Manor Park Homes is a shining example of how this vision comes to life. From initial interior concepts to sourcing, shopping, and final styling, this turnkey project showcases our complete interior design and styling service, tailored specifically for the park home and leisure industry.
A Trusted Partnership
Our collaboration with Manor Park Homes goes way back. Over the years, we’ve worked closely on architectural CGIs, layout design, and interior schemes to bring their luxurious park homes to life — both on paper and in person. This recent project marked an exciting evolution in our relationship, as Manor Park invited us to take on a full styling brief for one of their latest showground units.
From the get-go, our team was buzzing with ideas. We were tasked with delivering a space that not only showcased the quality and craftsmanship of Manor Park’s homes but also helped future buyers imagine the lifestyle they could enjoy inside them.
From Concept to Completion
What made this project particularly exciting was the full-service scope. We weren’t just delivering a moodboard or a fabric sample; we were on the ground, styling the space ourselves. From layout planning to final cushion placement, every detail was considered.
Here’s how our interiors team approached the project:
Design & Planning: We began with a strong interior vision that aligned with Manor Park Homes’ brand identity. Our team presented an elegant yet approachable concept with a natural, earthy colour palette and textural variety.
Sourcing & Shopping: Every item — from soft furnishings to lighting, decorative accessories to tableware — was carefully selected to balance form and function. We sourced products from our trusted suppliers to ensure durability, affordability, and high-end visual appeal.
On-Site Styling: On styling day, our team brought the space to life — placing every lamp, folding every throw, and curating every shelf. The transformation was immediate, with the entire unit feeling more inviting, cohesive, and ready for its spotlight moment.
Finishing Touches: This is where the magic really happens. We believe it's the final layers — the art, the greenery, the tactile textures — that make a space feel real, lived-in, and aspirational.
Laura Harden, Interior Designer & Operations Director at Lloyd Harden Design, said:
“We really wanted to ‘Wow’ with this one. Typically, park homes tend to follow a specific theme throughout the unit. However, this isn’t how we actually live our lives and we wanted this home to reflect that. With natural furniture elements, and white walls throughout, we had the opportunity to really show what good dressing and styling could do. We didn’t want to play it safe and we were aiming for the wow factor.
As it’s Spring, we went for deep blues and gorgeous yellows for the living areas, which really popped against the white. It’s a strong colour combo and it evokes dreamy memories of spring time and sunny days. In the bedrooms, we chose a luxurious look in gorgeous olive tones for the master bedroom with softening ruffles and comfortable linen. The second bedroom, we wanted to cater for both adults and children… so we went for a bright pop of hot pink and combined it with soft olive striped linen cushions, again with ruffles - perfect for bedrooms.
We spent a lot of time getting the artwork just right and I think this shows. Artwork is such an easy way to bring a scheme together. It adds interest and can help an interior feel finished, which is where a lot of our clients have difficulty.”
Interior Design That Sells
This project also marked a key milestone in the expansion of our services. We now proudly offer turnkey dressing and styling packages for show homes, leisure lodges, park homes, and sales suites.
These packages are ideal for:
Manufacturers who want to showcase the potential of their units at trade shows and events
Park owners and operators looking to stage properties for faster and more profitable sales
Developers who want to elevate their offering with beautifully dressed interiors
By handling the entire process in-house, from design and CGI visualisations to on-site styling, we ensure consistency, quality, and a stress-free experience for our clients.
A Style That Resonates
For this particular Manor Park home, we designed a classic yet characterful aesthetic that balances comfort with visual interest. A deep blue velvet sofa anchors the living space, paired with a mix of tactile cushions - from bold chevrons to boucle knot designs, for added dimension. Sunlight filters through botanical roman blinds in the lounge and dining areas, softening the neutral walls and creating a fresh, uplifting atmosphere.
We complemented the crisp kitchen cabinetry with elegant table styling - think sculptural white dinnerware, seagrass placemats, and tulip-filled vases for a relaxed dining experience. In the bedrooms, we layered playful ruffles, bold stripes, and deep olive greens with more tailored linens, creating a look that feels both curated and comfortable. In the bathroom, soft striped towels and subtle greenery added just the right amount of spa-like calm.
Throughout the home, natural textures, polished ceramics, and thoughtful lighting brought cohesion to the scheme, helping the space feel contemporary yet homely - the perfect balance for modern park home living.

The results are absolutely stunning and the attention to detail throughout every space is so impressive. We absolutely LOVE it and we are sure our Park's customers will love it too.
As always it was a pleasure collaborating with such a talented team so local to us! You always have the ability to make our visions come to life, whether it's designing a new holiday lodge for us, a residential home, interior design, CGIs and styling. We are also proud of what we've historically created together. Team work is the dream work.
Thank you again for styling, dressing and bringing this show home to life so beautifully.”
Why Styling Matters
Interior styling is often the final piece of the puzzle, but it's also one of the most important. It helps potential residential park home buyers and renters emotionally connect with a space. It transforms a show unit from "a unit" into "my future park home."
At Lloyd Harden Design, we understand how powerful that transformation can be - and we love helping our clients make that magic happen.
